Frustrated Takealot customer

I ordered from Takealot on 20 August and the order was supposed to be shipped on 4 September 2026 the order suddenly got cancelled to this day there is not indication when the order will be delivered, I had to work from home to make sure I’m there to receive my order, this is a major inconvenience.
