Frustrated Service Re

I have never ever experienced such a Frustrating Customer Service like the one with TakeaLot.com deliveries. I was supposed to have been refunded this week for a parcel I returned, they haven't even bothered to come fetch the parcel after I was told that it will be collected on Monday. It is Friday tomorrow and no one has bothered to even contact me to arrange for the collection only the sms's I received until Wednesday to postpone the collection.

I even had to call and spoke to a consultant by the name of Lumka who confirmed by email that the courier will collect by Wednesday. I AM STILL WAITING!!!

I want the parcel collected and my refund processed tomorrow. Your collection processes are too frustrating.
