Frustrated service

I ordered some items from Takealot that were delivered on 12 November 2022. One item was the TROO Blue Light Blocking Wayfarer Reading Glasses (Computer/TV/Phone) +1.50 strength. Unfortunately, they delivered they +3.00 strength I have been waiting 2 weeks for this to be sorted out.
