Frustrated Seller

I am from Cellphone Pro south Africa and i am a seller on takealot (Seller ID ***9) I have two loadsheets that keep getting rejected with the following submission ids 78585 & 78980 and are currently in review. I have spoken to Yandiswa,Mandisa and Samantha from seller ssupport regarding these loadsheets one is for LTE Tablets and the other is for Handbags. The consultants i have spoken to have all told me there is nothing wrong with the loadsheets and that it is a system error and i should reupload or they have reuploaded on my behalf but after a couple of days these loadsheets are rejected again. Can someone please assist as this is costing our business time and money as it seems your loadsheet system does not work at all and the seller support team is rather *********** at 'support" I look forward to your response
