Frustrated R3000 wasted

I ordered products which were to be delivered i 5 boxes. Only 4 boxes were delivered on Monday the 20th and I have been awaiting a response as to what has happened to the 5th box which contains products to the value of R3000. Some products were for birthday presents which I needed to have yesterday already. All the products I ordered were part on a single order, all in stock and according to Takealot the full order was delivered. I am not sure how they keep track of how many boxes are sent out with each order but I find it very unprofessional that tjey have no way of tracking the missing box and theu just keep telling me it was all delivered. I have ordered from them numerous times but after this , I dont think I will again. It is so difficult to get any information out of them and when you phone they say they will email and you just dont get anywhere. This morning I was told by a cosultant they will call back as they are investigating ***h the courier, but I still havent received a call.
