Frustrated Mom

Hi On 04 June I made a payment on take-alot,and later received an email that the order was cancelled,I then contacted take-alot which referred me to Payfast,they responded saying they'll help in 14 days,on 19 May after 15 Days I made contact again and received the same email that they will respond after 14 days again,all of this frustrating as a placed an order for baby bottles for a newborn, even if I could get my refund so I can purchase the products elsewhere,now no-one is responding their call center is going through,I don't know what to do anymore.
