Frustrated lack of service & contact details

I am so frustrated. There is no way to contact Takealot! In general service is good but I returned an item and it still does not show returned. I cannot contact them as there is no e-mail address or telephone number. Help!! This is unacceptable practice and Covid is NO EXCUSE!!!
