Frustrated heartbroken and stressed

I orde and paid for school goods on the 23rd of Dec was informed to expect delivery on the 9th but to my surprise it changed to 19th I need those stuff for my son he is going to school on the 11th. Am so sad that my son will go to school with nothing I don't have extra money to buy him those stuff
