Frustrated customer

I order by mistake a perfume that was R329 and R75 delivery that adds up to be R404. The minute I noticed that a quicky requested a refund because I order in error. Takealot only refund R329, I'm asking where is R75 as there we no delivery. Please I am in need of that R76
