Frustrated client!!

There service is depressing, I bought products online using a R250 voucher they gave me, after paying for the product, they confirmed my order, next day one of my product was later canceled reagards less stock, after 24hours they later cancel my order for the Bible and later canceled the whole order, the customer service agents never call and they only send you an email after failing to deliver, what kind of nonsense is that, why is that your customer service line does not go through to help clients to rectify there orders,they only respond wen they want after taking your money, and tell you they credited your account, and how will I get my full order bcz my voucher will expire but yu are the one at fault.... You are just another *****ed unreliable online store......
