FRUSTRATED AND OBLIVIOUS

I have called takelot since thursday last with regards to a order #***5 and i am not getting any help from you. I spoke to Chad Daniels on friday, whom promised to keep me updated but I had to call again today, to get hold of another Chad, whom refused to transfer to the superior as this matter now is above the consultant and me as a customer. Takealot is this the type of service that you strive for?????? Can i get a supervisor or manager to get back to me and not a consultant.
