Frustrated and Highly Disappointed .

Bought a tablet from them it has now just stopped working i requested a refund they cannot do so because the adaptor which is R20 at china city is not in the box. Due to my father having lung surgery and cancer the last thing on my mind is to search for a dumb adaptor however after several emails and explaining my story to different people everyday Takealot wont fix the tablet because there is no adaptor all cables etc are there ( i dont see how this has any relevance to repairs) and wont refund it either so im sitting R2000 later with no product no service and after numerous attempts to speak to a manager or someone higher up i get told they will phone me as i cannot phone them 2 weeks later im still waiting and so is a very upset 83 year old father who uses it daily to read... Very disappointed and frustrated.
