Frustrated and dissatisfied Customer!!!!!!

Disappointing service from takealot. I placed an order on the 31st of October for delivery 5 November 2024. I have not received this order despite all the emails and enquiries on the site from the 5th of November in the evening until this afternoon 12 November 2024. They only respond with an automated response saying they are escalating the issue. This is unacceptable!!!!! ................ coming from a customer that orders a lot from takealot. It is frustrating that their system does not allow for any phone calls!!!!!!!!!!!
