Frustrated

I ordered two 30ml perfumes from Takealot on the 17th of July then got my delivery on Monday the 19th of July, upon opening up the packaging what was actually delivered was coffee, instant oats, dishwashing cloths and other stuff, I got in contact with Takealot almost immediately to explain my predicament and try get it sorted out logged an exchange and return and all of that on the 20th I got a mail of the replacement and I noticed it was just one perfume instead of two so I called again in attempts to get it sorted even before anything gets delivered to me however today on the 22nd of July a driver came through to pick up what was wrongfully delivered and gave me what I meant to actually receive initially and it was just one perfume instead again I called to explain all of this I was told it was being escalated to the warehouse team and they will get back to me no one has gotten back to me I payed for products and only got part of it and I don't even understand how perfume and food gets mixed up fair enough mistakes happen everywhere however I have been calling and mailing a numerous times with no joy and its really frustrating that really something so simple has turned into a complete circus...
