Frustrated

I am highly annoyed and frustrated. I ordered an item from Takealot and paid extra for next day delivery. Received an sms saying I will receive it on Monday before 5. By 3 pm I called to find out where my parcel is , the lady at the call centre said I can expect to wait 3 business days as there was a system error on their side. .... I asked her to please mark it as urgent as I won't be available to receive it and she said no they will wait until I am available then.

After I sipulated that it is urgent and that's why I paid an extra fee for delivery... she still kept saying no.

I then asked if I can collect the parcel as the mall is down the road from me and said no she can only arrange to do that tomorrow.

The parcel I bought online was not cheap and I expected better from Takealot. No one bothered to call me and tell me my parcel was being re scheduled and the lady I spoke to was not helpful or even willing to help me.

This is the last time I will purchase anything from them.
