Frustrated

I ordered 15 items. 7 were delivered. 8 items not delivered. An additional 3 items that were not on my list were delivered. I sent email to takealot describing situation. I am asked to log a return for items that I did not receive. System doesn't allow me to do so. I simply asked them to telephone me so that I can explain. Why can't they give a tel number for human contact. Simply refund me for the items not delivered and come fetch the items that you delivered but I did not order.
