Frustrated

I ordered on the 13th of December, ordered and PAID on the same day. I was told I would get my order today the 28th before 18h00 but I'm still waiting and not only didn't I get my package yet but the other product I ordered was lost in transit. I understand that it is December and there is a lot of deliveries that's why I didn't mind the wait but it past 8 now and I'm still waiting. And when I tracked my parcel it said it drove out at 14h33 this afternoon and I still didn't receive it. Really disappointed, I was so excited for my parcel to come today. As I waited long enough.
