Fruad via takealot

I placed an order on the app. I made payment via the app for the product. The amount went off my account yet takealot says i did not make payment.

I sent two queries via their app. Sat on hold for over ten minutes waiting for any one to pick up the phone. No one did. Im not getting any response or feedback from takealot. I am truly disappointed.
