From top to flop

Ordered a carpet for my son's room and they delivered a thin, flimsy playmat not even resembling what I ordered. Returned asking them to send correct item and was told they dont have stock but their site still had this available as in stock. After I questioned this they changed it to 7 to 9 day delivery. I said I'd happily wait but they credited my account instead so had to reorder. Delivery finally arrives and it's the same issue. Some silly cloth playmat instead of the carpet. The only difference is this time they sent me 4. I logged yet another return and received some ridiculous generic response showing that they didn't even look at what I had said. Wonder how many people have been duped by this. Once is a mistake, twice is a clear sign of false advertising. Takealot used to be my favorite place, but the last year or so has been quite an ordeal with little to no service delivery. Too big for their boots. They dont care about customer satisfaction anymore.
