From Takealot to Takeanot!

They actually do not wven deserve the 1 star, I could not move on to my review without doing so. My daughter just called llwd me now in tears!! It was her birthday the past Friday... Her 21st birthday. Takealot was supposed to delivee a valuable birthday present a day prioe to the special day. But they has other plans. Another date was scheduled, oh but seems like we were dealing with sadists. I am callinf rhem that because they havent delivered my daughter's present. Please tell me how they rhink is okay to be so okay with rhis. My daughter has ordered items from Superbalist and the very same Takealot had no problem makinf rhe deliveries. It was not only once, and I believe they are sister companies. Their persistent disregard for my child's feelings is beyond unprofessional. You are what we, the customers, make you. Dont forget that!! I am not sure how you are foing to xompensate for the heartache and disappointment you have caused. As if it was not bad enough that she had to spend her 21st year milestone without a celebration, you had ro rub salt in it!
