******* from takealot

Hi, I've ordered a baby grocery trolley toy for my infant and I paid R597 for the same. The product delivered to me was so pathetic and ******* and was no way near to what was mentioned on takealot not even one feature was present.

I logged the return and a lady came to pick the item. And ow its been 5 days and the status is showing AWAITED MISSING PRODUCT ACCESSORIES which is again *******. I returned the box as is. Kindky help in getting my R597 refund to my bank account. Inwud be thankful.
