From Reliable to Unreliable

Takealot used to be great—so good that sometimes parcels even arrived before the expected delivery date. But ever since Takealot More came onto the scene, it feels like they’ve gotten greedy. Items can be in stock, I’ll get an expected delivery date, but when that day comes… nothing but radio silence.

When I’m given an EDD, I plan around it, because earlier is a bonus, but that date is the latest I should expect my parcel. This isn’t the first time my EDD has come and gone without delivery. Honestly, why should I bother ordering online when I can get what I need quicker in-store? Sure, it’s more effort, but at least it’s reliable. What happened guys? Aren't all paying customers important anymore?
