From hero to zero

I have been buying from Takealot for a while, how I miss the old days when they were just a small company. Before the were taken over by the big guys, I would sometimes order in the morning and receive in the afternoon. Now I don’t even get my deliveries when promised. Two days of sitting waiting for a promised delivery is just unacceptable. I would like to know from management if they still want my regular business or if they just too big for me now??
