From Hero to Zero

I have raved about how wonder [URL Removed] is; and when it bought [URL Removed] I thought ooo boy there goes their exceptional services and it seems that I am right. For the past month alone I have spent R1189.00 on purchases from [URL Removed] which I could have spent elsewhere, but because up to now I had such wonderful experience with [URL Removed] it was always the first point of my purchases. I purchases a few items on the 7/02/2016 but because of some bizarre reason something from Cape Town takes more than a week to receive which I call bull*%$ on. I have ordered stock from Cape Town before and I received it in Johannesburg within two days' time. Now all of a sudden its \taking longer\", something is just not adding up. Honestly the least thing you could have done was to provide me with a voucher or something for the inconvenience you have caused me. "
