From Hero to Zero

When this company started out the service delivery and attitude was phenomenal. It was actually such a pleasure ordering from them and dealing with them. Unfortunately they have become arrogant and the service levels have deteriorated to a point where long standing customers who have spent thousands simply do not want to deal with the bad attitude any longer. I ordered gifts for mothers day over a week ago and am now told they will only be delivered a week after the occasion. I call and there is absolutely just no interest in even trying to get an earlier delivery. Very disappointing.
