From great to pathetic!

Takealot used to be very good. You got what you ordered and usually before the time they have estimated delivery. The last few orders I have made was quite the opposite. On the website you will see a date and then when you place the order it will be a later date and then delivery even later. My latest order was placed on 23 November. The estimated date after paying was 29 November. From the 30th I received messages that me delivery will b e done by the next day and then it is not. Today is the 6th of December and I still do not have my delivery. At some point the courrier phoned me asking if he could deliver the next day and when I said but it should have been delivered days ago already, he just hung up!!! I will not be recommending takealot anymore!
