From Good to unreal

I used to love takealot but after the experience I had this passed week I am honestly disappointed. I ordered a specific item and got send craft magnets of which I never ordered. Sending it back customer service booked it to be delivered to Bramley of which I am in Benoni then when they suppose to resend my order i have to collect it in Bramley once again. When informing them. They kept booking it for Bramley after I clearly stated that I am not from there.

The attitude I got send the impression that they don't need to assist me and that I am of no use to them.

I am truly disappointed
