From fan to furious in just 1 order!

Very loyal fan is now left furious! There is zero customer service! I recieved my order last Saturday and I was given 1 incorrect item and there are 3 items that I ordered outstanding with a value of R1150. They asked for 48 hours to investigate their error... and 6 days later, numerous emails and FB messages and no response!
