Fridges from Takealot and the KIC brand

After buying a KIC fridge from Takealot.com , it didn't finish a month and it stopped cooling. Since it was still under warranty, I attempted to return it with no success. I later found out that they want me to dealer with KIC directly and they are now removing themselves from the picture. Contacted KIC and they brought someone to attempt to fix it and found out that I'll need a new one. They now telling me that I have 2 wait about 3 weeks because they don't have that exact model on stock. Instead of compensating me with a fridge of that value or more now I have to wait an additional 3 weeks on top of the month I've gone through in the middle of summer without a fridge. Don't buy a fridge from them especially the KIC brand. Yerrr!!!!
