Fridge warranty claim

TAKEALOT is by far thee worst store/company. This is my 2nd encounter with them this time its regarding a trusted brand, bought a fridge almost 3 years ago and it stopped working a week ago the gas bottle temperature was extremely high. I reported the issue and the response i get was i must handle the issue with supplier and they had a nerve to even lie that it was out of warranty when it was still a year less from hisense and 3 years less from TAKEALOT warranty. Regret buying all my belongings from this useless company to begin with. Waste of money
