Fridge not working

I am so disappointed! I bought my fridge on the 24 November and it only got delivered on the 9 December two weeks later after calling, emailing getting promises from different agent regarding delivery. Then the delivery was made the delivery people looked very annoyed and unbothered which I understand its a Saturday we all want to rest but that's the only time I'm available. That's not even the worst part turns out the FRIDGE DOES NOT WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Called no assistance, logged a return on the 12 Dec it was canceled logged another one on the 15 Dec then called to let them know I will only be available on the 20th then spoke to 4 different agent and they promised it will be collected plus email confirming collection. Called on the 20th to confirm collection the agent agreed it should be collected after 4hrs no one communicated I called again the agent said she will call the collection to confirm and get back to me, it's currently 18H00 and I just got a message the delivery was delayed!!!!! I am upset, I made sure to mention that this would be the only day I am available I sat at home the whole day waiting for nothing. I'm stick with a fridge that's not working and no one cares!!!!
