Fridge not delivered, but I have paid

Hi. I ordered a Fridge for my gardener. I provided the address in Soshunguwe. They say that the fridge has been delivered, but no fridge was delivered. I have taken it up with Takealot with emails and phoning the call centre. However, I just get generic answers. Nobody is willing to help. It has been nearly two weeks and I am just being fobbed off. Needles to say, I have already paid for the fridge.
