Fridge from Takealot leaking!

I bought a fridge on the 20th, it was delivered on the 21st. When I put water into the dispenser, it leaks. So I logged a return, when the driver who is supposed to come collect arrives, he tells me that he won’t take the fridge because it is not covered or in a box. YET the fridge is a defy 245 L that came covered ONLY With a plastic. The delivery guy then tells me I should BUY a wrapping paper and wrap the fridge only then he will come get it on the 25th late in the afternoon(around 6 pm). On the 25th I receive a call from a Takealot different guy coming to collect the fridge, while I’m at work around 2:30 pm. This guy then claims that the guy that came initially **** to me when he said he will come get the fridge on the 25th of February at around 18:00. So now I am the fool here while stuck with a leaking fridge, I also have to SPEND MORE MONEY BUYING A BUBBLE WRAP FOR THAT LEAKING FRIDGE! This is a nightmare and my food is getting spoilt in the process! what a disgrace Takealot!
