Frequent Changing of delivery Dates with no idea what will arrive next

Placed my order on about 22 Sept, roughly 12 items. Delivery scheduled for Oct 1. Then moved to Oct 4. Then moved to Oct 5 and informed only 4 items for now. Only two items arrive. Then an email that all other items were lost in transit and have to be re-dispatched. Then one item is no longer stocked. Delivery date end of October. Best thing - today I get an email to review all the items. How absurd is that?
