Free returns because you have to do all the work
Takealot might be fast & efficient when it comes to delivering items, but do not expect a smooth experience when returning. The second time I returned items, selected that I would like a refund on the items only to receive emails that my Takealot account is credited and that if I would like to have a refund I can mail them.<br> <br> If I wanted to spend loads of time purchasing/refunding items I would have shopped in a mall.

Our returns process is unfortunately not an instant one, but we always try & assist as quickly as possible. We offer credit as the default option since it reflects almost instantly once the return has been approved & therefore shortens the turnaround time on the entire process. We however continuously try & improved the experience on our site & will feed this back to our team to consider for any future developments.
