Free hire of items off Takealot

We sell via Takealot. Sold two tools 6 months ago. Both were returned 5 months later as defective. Nothing wrong with either tool apart from being used. So we loose out on the sale and customer gets to hire a tool for nothing. Takealot not able to understand the problem.

I know how I will be a customer on this portal from here on in!
