Free Delivery false advertising

Yesterday evening I found a stove that I have been long waiting to buy on a discount on the Takelot.com site. And also bought an extractor fan to go with it. When I viewed my shoping cart there was a writing on the screen that read " You have aerned a free delivery". But when I gotto check out, there was a R400 delivery fee. I could not uderstand why I was beeing charged. I tried to call Takelot customer care to but they were closed. Then I went on IG to find their account hoping to find someone that can explain this flaw in the teir delivery fee policy. It is advertised on their page that if you make purchases over R500 you get free delivery. How's that I am being charged for purchases over R14k. The free delivery is false advertising to just lure customers. While I was busy to make sense of this, when I checked my shopping cart the price of the stove had gone up within a space of 30 mins.. I have lost an opportunity to get a stove for my family which was within my budget. I am so disappointed. with Takelot and would not recommend them to my family and friends
