Free delivery

So i had orderd a castle tent for by daughter.

It was my first time having something courierd with them and in the app it says that girst timers doesnt pay for delivery.

Price given to me was R288. My sister was home when it was deliverd and she then gave him the above amount but he persisted and said that she has to give her more than it.

Is delivery then not free? If not do not publish that it is.
