**********ly sold something that doesn't exist

On the 29th of February 2016 I ordered the unboxed deal of the Samsung 5.2 Home Theatre System which, according to the website, would be the full system, just maybe slightly shop damaged or the boxes may not be 100%. I found this to be acceptable, so ordered and paid. On 2 March 2016, I received the order, which only consisted of the Amplifier (no speakers at all). When I raised the complaint, I was told that if I am not happy with what was delivered, I should then return the product, and I would be refunded. When I asked why they don't just send me the speakers to complete the system (as per the item I was sold), I was told that they may or may not be able to do this, but that I should still carry on with the return of the item I received. It is now going to take roughly 10 business days before they make the decision as to whether or not to refund me (credit first, and then I have no idea how long before I actually get my money back). To make matters worse, I had an installer come to my house and do a lot of work to prepare for the system so it could be easily installed. Money wasted. Time wasted. Now I have to wait when all I want is the complete system as promised and paid for.
