I ordered a product one week ago and paid R600 upfront. Today they send me a mail that the order has been cancelled and I will have a credit at the store. I do not want a credit. This was a present for my daughter's birthday. I have filled in the "Refund money" form but it never saves or sends. It does not work. They have in fact ****** my money as I can not mail them or phone them.
