I’m very disgusted I bought goods worth R844 .. and 2 items looked they were used and sold to me . Very disappointed I requested for return the same day , received msg return scheduled for the next day Friday . Then it got rescheduled for Monday and then they kept quiet. The goods got collect on Wednesday. Now I got refunded my money thru a voucher . The sad part is I complain about the service telling them not interested to purchase anything anymore from takealot. So if u giving me voucher is like throwing my money down the drain .. I want my money refunded into my bank account the same way I used. If u have sold new and not misrepresenting your goods I would not have returned the goods. Why must I as the customer suffer coz u lack integrity as a business. If I was looking for old stuff I know exactly where the s****yard is
