********** activity under my takealot account

Ive recently noticed ********** activity under my takealot account... I bought 8 items but 1 item was canceled without my consent... That is very disingenuous i regard it as *****.. Cause even the total amount charged was altered so that's when i noticed something is off... So i should be compensated with that one item for free... Since there is no justification for such actions... So pls assist
