********** activity on delivery

Takealot is now unreachable. They do not believe in call centres and do not respond on Facebook or Twitter except for canned responses (if at all). They have integrated delivery with limited to no tracking. I have now watched (as I sit waiting and have security alerted for delivery) whilst my orders show up on my profile as delivered on time and signed for by me! TWO! at DIFFERENT TIMES on the SAME DAY. There is zero concern for this and no way of getting any kind of urgent or direct response out of takealot. I will think long and hard before choosing Takealot again!
