Please get more agents to work and assist customers and preferably phones that work! Sikelwa Nqolowa called me back and her phone was not working so she could not attend to my query - is that customer service????? Why not get another agent to call me instead? First your credit card facility is down, then apparently your telephone lines are down. She said i purchased a supposed item, cant tell me what item i purchased nor can produce an invoice..something smells fishy...

She left the customer in a happy state and I wish more service consultants can be like her :- ) Thank-you Sikelwa for being so kind and understanding and going that exra mile!
