*****ulant service from Takeallot

I purchased 3 screens at R1899.00 each. On the purchase confirmation screen the price added up to R5697.00 and I approved the purchase. When I received my payment notification it showed that they had billed me for R6597 in stead. I immediately contacted Takeallot to dispute this and was told by the consultant that it was not a problem and that the order will be cancelled and I will be refunded. He then sent me an email stating that the order can not be cancelled and they are unable to help me.

I've supported Takeallot for some time now, but I am absolutely outraged by this!
