*****ulant service from Takeallot

I purchased 3 screens at R1899.00 each. On the purchase confirmation screen the price added up to R5697.00 and I approved the purchase. When I received my payment notification it showed that they had billed me for R6597 in stead. I immediately contacted Takeallot to dispute this and was told by the consultant that it was not a probem and that the order will be cancelled and I will be refunded. He then sent me an email stating that the order can not be cancelled and they are unable to help me.
