*****ulant purchases using my credit

I had some ********** purchases of Telkom vouchers on my takealot account using the credit I had on my account for over R500. I contacted TakeAlot to notify them of this and request that they resolve this and refund me. Accroding to takeAlot they feel like i gave my log in details to someone. now mind you, I am MTN user, my husband and kids are Vodacom and Cell C and our internet provider is Afrihost. So what use would we have for telkom vouchers. I have always loved using TakeAlot but no more since they basically stole from me. They managed to find out what ip address was used to purchase these vouchers, which was not mine or anyone close to me but fail to refund me and give me solutions. I will be reporting them to the consumer board.
