I made an order online and made payment through their payment system Ozow, they took payment of R 2349.00 from my account and cancelled my order for non-payment. I sent them proof of payment i get feedback like it is not their account. If its not why is that payment option on their website. Now i move from one person to other. No one is of help. I want my money. Nothing to do their goods any more. After this im done with these people, bad customer service.
