Firstly I would like to say I’m disgusted by their services.

I have ordered an couch, received a delivery date, made arrangements to receive the parcel only to receive and sms stating they had attempted to deliver.

Be honest and transparent with your customer, if you not able to make it for delivery. Secondly I have just bought an item of more than 7K to get this disrespect.

The delivery finally arrived today but without the parcel. What the hell is that ? Then he still goes and marks the order delivered and that I have signed for it.

You guys extremely disappointing and disgusting. What a branch of **********. I will be logging a police report of this as no one is getting back to me. Staff is marking my query as resolved and haven’t even resolved the query
