On the 21st od March I made at order. Order #*** Ordered 21 Mar 2022

The Iphone 8 that I was sent was faulty, within a couple of hours I requested a "Replacement" phone was collected after 2 days No replacement waited for another additional 2 days and funds were credited on the Takealot wallet, i have been trying to get the funds back into my bank card which was used for a purchase and this has been a nightmare!!! I get an error that my bank is rejecting the refund which is INCORRECT !!! I have received refunds on this card!! the worse part is that at Take alot No one calls back No one responds to the repeated messages I have sent to get this resolved !!!!!!!!! Im Highly disappointed I wanted an iphone since they failed to replace the product I would like my funds back and not buy anything else from them!!!!! there is Nobody that bothers to respond. I can NOT to be forced to spend R6999.00 on things that I had not plan on buying... and the false information about my card not accepting refunds or my bank !! No guys this is really Really unfair. Can I please have my Money back since you failed to give me a working phone
